  3. Setelah airnya agak surut, masukan bawang bombay hingga agak layu. kemudian masukan tahu. jangan lupa koreksi kembali rasanya. diamkan kembali sampai tingkat empuk dagingnya cocok di lidah. bila dirasa sudah pas dari segi rasa dan tekstur daging, semur sudah bisa langsung di hidangkan. jangan lupa dimakan selagi hangat dengan nasi panas🤤.
