- Setelah 1 jam daging sapi dimarinasi, siapkan Panci atau Wajan besar, isi dengan sedikit minyak goreng. Masukkan daging yg sudah dimarinasi. Tumis dan aduk2 kira2 10 menit. Sampai daging berubah warna.
- Masukkan Air Panas sampai menutupi seluruh permukaan daging.
- Masukkan kentang yg sudah dipotong kedalam masakan, aduk rata.
- Masukkan Gula Merah yg sudah diiris, Garam secukupnya dan Kecap Bango/ ABC (koreksi rasa).
